Almost 400,000 children in the UK don’t own a single book. This is your chance to help change that.

This subscription will be sent to a child who needs it through our school and charity partners.

We say these books are for 0-3 year olds but the truth is they can be enjoyed by anybody. They’re bold, bright and engaging, a mixture of board books and simple stories in paperback. These books will help anybody who is starting out on their reading journey. From age 2 to 102….

When you choose to donate this subscription we will send a child three beautiful inclusive and representative stories every month, packed up with puzzles and activities and a little free gift to help them get the most out of their reading.This gift will pave the way for them to develop a love of reading, giving them a chance to achieve future academic success.

Donors will receive a monthly newsletter about the project, anonymised feedback from the recipients and information about Little Box of Books’ work in reaching all children with inclusive and representative books.
