We pay the shipping on gift boxes and family boxes so there are no surprises when you check out.
Shipping is added on at checkout on the bigger boxes in the schools bit of the website because that’s a bit more unpredictable.
If for any reason you are not happy with your box please email us on [email protected] and we will try and help you in whatever way we can.
If a box is returned to us because there has been an error on the address or it hasn’t been collected from the depot please get in touch with us at [email protected] to arrange redelivery.
